At Farmlands NZ, we are committed to providing high-quality products for your rural and agricultural needs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

Verify Eligibility

Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that certain clearance items or perishable goods may be non-returnable.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer support team or visit your local Farmlands branch with your proof of purchase to obtain a Return Authorization.

Pack and Ship

Securely package the item to prevent damage during transit. If returning by courier, clearly mark your Return Authorization number on the outside of the parcel.

Processing and Refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or Farmlands account within 5-7 business days.
